CubicMind AI Ltd (“we”, “us”) is the controller of personal data collected through this website. We are registered in Scotland, company number SC882994. Contact: sales@cubicmind-ai.com.

What we collect

When you send a pilot request, we collect your name, work email, company, the option you choose and your message. If you email us, we receive your email address and what you send. If you apply for a job, we receive your CV and anything else you include.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and discuss pilots or purchases with you, and to assess job applications. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and applications) and, where relevant, steps before entering into a contract.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered by email using Resend (email delivery) and stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets), and the site is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing terms. Some may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer. Job applications: up to 6 months after the role is filled, unless you agree to us keeping them longer.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits; it does not use cookies or identify you.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing sales@cubicmind-ai.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
